Hello! It’s “I” day and the lonely poet is working hard, I feel like I can go on to Jun like this :) posting a poem a day except on Sunday. let’s all keep it coming, best of luck guys I’m cheering you on  *\o/*

Isolation

A strong word indeed

I have always found it fascinating

In a goose bump-provoking way

In a “Tears frozen at mid shock” way

It hit home even before I fully understood what it means

It applies on me.

Perfectly

I’m really tired by now, my poems kindda show this, they’re getting bleaker. I’m still here though, can you believe it? :) Hope you like this one.

IWSG or Your Captain: The Insecured

I always wanted to participate in the grand work of the Insecure Writer Support Group since I am an insecure writer by nature, seriously people, if there is a test for that I will pathetically pass with flying flags. I loved how each month various writers come together to flash that pretty badge and open up about their fears and doubts.

Your Captain: The Mentally Ill

State of day. I want to thank Nathan Bransford for coming across subjects like writers and depression and that he shared the info that The Rejectionist is making an anticipated serial about writers and mental illness that I enjoyed thus far, I also want t thank Michelle D. Argyle for her open attitude towards her mental problems on her blog, and a big thank you for Natalie Whipple because it was  her honesty about her struggles with anxiety that helped me recognize my own troubles back in 2012. :)
