Hello!
-What’s
up Captain?
I’m up
to no good.
-oh,
are you Harry?
of
course, hehe.
-mhm,
and can you enlighten us to what mischief your planning this time?
um, not
really, it’s a surprise.
-your
kidding! Oh I’m gonna KILL you!!!
Ha ha!
Sorry guys,
it is a surprise, but it will be soon revealed, I‘m hoping next week? on this
lovely blog.
It’s
not a BIG thing, it’s more personal really but it is an achievement non the less, so things will work out Insha’Allah, everything in my life I do on snail pace
lately which proved to be the best speed for me to finish anything of value.
And do
you know the 2015-2016 football season will start already? I mean come on, haven’t the
boys just won everything there is less than two months ago?
Ah well,
football waits for no one :| including
us fans.

My insecurities
this month?
Even when I write a small piece of flash fiction
I’m lost when it comes to editing, I become neurotic, the mad scientist! when
will I learn to relax and listen to the right words as they call me through the
fog of frustrating confusion?
You just
need to relax girl, breath, just breath. And read the delicious The Insecure Writer Support Group Guide to Publishing and Beyond,
GOD! I love this book :")
Well, see
you soon :)
Breathe and write. Just keep going and everything will be okay. ☺
ReplyDeleteEditing can be a never ending process. It really helps to have other eyes on the story, which keeps me from going completely crazy. I'm too close to it and miss obvious things no matter how many times I reread it.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteEditing is a challenge because I get so many great ideas about how it can sound better. So, I've really had to learn how to relax while editing and to realise that my manuscript gets better as I tackle it with love.
Shalom,
Pat Garcia
An accomplishment in any form is exciting. I can't wait to hear what it is.
ReplyDeleteEditing is tricky. I have a page at the top of my blog titled "The Ultimate Editing List" that may help you out. :)
IWSG co-host Write with Fey
Editing and revising are hard for me too. I wish had several other pairs of eyes! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteSheena: yea, one must keep moving forward :)
ReplyDeleteMichael Pierce: it's pretty annoying isn't it? we are limited humans after all.
Pat Garcia: Definitely, thanks for passing by :) Salam.
Chrys Fey: stay tuned :D and thank you very much, I will certainly check it out!
Bish Denham: Haha! that would make you an alien :P I know what you mean.
Just don't let it overwhelm you or cause you to scrap everything.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoy our book!
How exciting! I've found that we have to celebrate all of our achievements along the way. I'm bad about not celebrating when I finish a book--that's HUGE...and one of the only things we can control.
